Project Concept
The vision was to transform the underused community centre into a contemporary apartment development suited to its urban setting. The design prioritised density, liveability, and modern aesthetics, while ensuring the new building complemented the surrounding residential character.

Our process
We collaborated closely with the client to develop a scheme that met planning policies and local housing needs. After detailed discussions with planners—particularly around highways and transport—we refined the design and layout until planning approval was granted. We are now preparing Building Regulations drawings to progress the project to the construction phase.
